Jenny's Bakery Terms and Conditions:
1. Orders can be placed through this website or email.
2. It is wise to place your order 2 to 3 weeks in advance. If you need a cake in the short term, you can always contact us to check if there is still a possibility.
3. You will receive an invoice with all the details within 2 working days. Please check this information carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
4. Making the cakes, cupcakes and other treats is what we call edible art. We make cakes on request according to your wishes. They're not cakes as you find at the bakeries or supermarkets. No rights can be derived from a design. We make effort to approach the design as much as possible. Deviation from the design doesn't entitle you to a refund or non-compliance with the purchase obligation.
5. When ordering a cake, cupcakes or other treats, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the order value. This in connection with the materials to be purchased for making the cake. You can cancel free of charge up to 5 working days before the delivery date. After 5 working days we can no longer return the deposit due to the costs incurred and the planning of the cake, cupcakes and other treats.
6. You can pick up the cake from us by appointment. It is also possible to have the cake delivered. You must indicate this in advance with your order, so that we can make a suitable offer for you. We charge a fee of € 0.30 p/km with a starting rate of € 5 within North Holland. Beyond that, the price is on request.
7. Jenny's Bakery cannot be held responsible for the influence on the product of the transport and storage conditions on your part.
* a cake must be transported straight. Do not put your cake on the seat or bench, but on the bottom of your car (co-driver's side or trunk).
* the cake should be kept as cool as possible at a maximum of 10 *C. This is also possible in your refrigeration and winter day in the garage / utility room / shed (free from animals and insects inside of the proper box).
8. Jenny's Bakery assumes that when ordering a cake you indicate whether there are any allergies. Jenny's Bakery is not liable for any problems arising from this fact.
9. If you're not satisfied with your order, you must make this known by writing within 12 hours of delivery and you must enclose an example of your complaint in the form of photos or, if it concerns taste, a piece of the cake , cupcakes or any other treats to be handled over; so we can investigate this.
